This is one of those places that you can't help but love. We went on a very busy night and they did a really good job getting through the crowd efficiently. The wait was worth it as usual and the food was as good as always. Will be back.

Went there for dinner . Ordered the prime rib. It was realllly rare, super salty, Almost to the point to where you couldn't eat it.i like my prime rib rare but this was crazy. The fat was slimy. Couldn't send it back was at a company party. Hardly seen any waitresses. I hope it's better next time i go.

Very busy but friendly staff. The foods was a little underwhelming but I'm sure it's got something to do with how busy they were. Overall great service and quality.

My wife and I come here about every month and a half... always order the calamari fries, you won’t regret it. Their wine selection is the best I’ve ever seen, and the food, EXCELLENT!

Come way hungry, leave super full! The steaks are amazing as are the appetizers. Always ask for the mine side! Great atmosphere. The bar tabs are kept separate from the dining bill. So if you want drinks after being seated ask for the bar please! All around good service. Absolutely delicious food !

We have had the opportunity to dine here a few times and the service and food are always great. This time was above and beyond the regular great. We had a very attentive server and the food was spectacular. Best prime rib ever!

Some of the best steak in the state. Great seafood (crab, shrimp and calamari). Delicious appetizers. We love it.

We had a party of 18, they were absolutely amazing ! The food was awesome and was ready so quickly. Also, a great atmosphere! I'll def go back!

The food was so amazing! Steaks cooked to perfection! Seasoned so well! Our server was the best. A tad pricey but OH SO WORTH IT!

First time going here was amazing! It was highly recommended and I can see why. The staff was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was great. I loved the dim lights. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and they nailed it. Too many time I have gotten that same dish elsewhere and it wasn't good. My grandmother leaked it was my birthday and I got a little cake and a song. It was nice.

It's expensive!!! I've been here around 10 times over the years. It's pretty dang good 90% of the time! 10% of the time the service and food are a let down....... Which automatically makes the price a kick to the pants..... I would recommend their salmon.

We were very happy with the service, the food and the decor. The Prime Rib was excellent and the portion size was just about perfect. Job well done.

Best steakhouse in Ogden. We have our annual Christmas party there and the staff work their tail off to make sure we celebrate the holiday the right way! The prime rib is my go to and is the the tastiest I have ever had.

It's a neat place, but I felt like a larger than I'd prefer chunk of the cost is based on the experience rather than the quality. Everyone in my party had minor issues with their steak (gristle, cooking, etc). It was definitely not a bad experience, just not the steak I was expecting for the price.

Always a great restaurant for a special night out. The atmosphere is rustic and fun,the service is top notch, and the food is great. Steaks are fresh cut on location daily. The ranch dressing is also made from scratch on location and it is awesome. Finally, I highly recommend the fried mushrooms for a starter.

Timbermine is a great place to go if you love tender, juicy steaks, intimate romantic setting, and great waiting service. I've never left feeling anything but satisfied!

My wife and I love coming here for date nights. The atmosphere is amazing we love the feel of an old mine. The lighting and fixtures around really set the mood as if you were truly inside an old mine shaft. Even when you wait to be seated the "lobby" has a great feel and plenty of room to hang out while you wait. Beyond that our steaks always come out exactly how we order them and the taste is amazing. The prices is just a little more than a steak say at Outback but I have no issues paying a few extra dollars for the atmosphere this place provides.

Descent steak meal. Waitress could use a little more personality. The prices for what you get should be less.

It’s our go to on our anniversary. We’ve been coming here yearly for decades. We started looking in Bountiful tonight and really couldn’t think of any better place. It did not disappoint. The steak and shrimp are the best I’ve ever had in Utah. Do not doubt me!😉The wait staff is always accommodating and cheerful. I usually order the deep fried mushrooms, but I knew I’d fill up too much on them. They are simply the best. The only thing they could improve upon would be to offer a little fancier fresher salad. We eat out quite a bit and the silverware and glasses are clean and spotless. Always a winner!

The food quality does not match the high prices. But the environment is fun and original.

Great dinner! $30 for 2 meals and dessert? Everything was cooked perfect and all the sides where in the boxes. It was super busy and everyone was still so nice and very attentive.

Cool place with great service and food. The mixed beverages we had on the other hand not so much. It is Utah tho so shouldn't have high standards on that part.....

Went here for dinner tonight. Food was amazing!!! Melt in your mouth filet mignon and ribeye! They are busy so you do have to wait a few but goes pretty quick. The ambiance is great. But it is a little cooler inside so feels like you really are dining in a mine. We will be making this a date night at least once a month. Thank you for the amazing food

Easily the best prime rib I have ever had! The deep fried mushrooms are an excellent appetizer and the mud pie is a delicious dessert option. The banquet room is a great place to host corporate gatherings, and the main dining area is well suited for celebrating special occasions with family and friends.

The food and the staff was excellent.

My steak was delicious, my baked potato was cooked correctly, and the balsamic vinaigrette on my salad was yummy. We also had fried mushrooms which left me a little disappointed. The batter needs some seasoning because they were very bland. We will be back but may not go for the mushrooms again.

Service for food was good. Service for beverage was beyond slow. Please keep in mind at this restaurant you will pay drinks separately from meal. 1 steak was cooked perfect med rare, steak 2 was med rare to well done. Chef needs some training. Shrimp was meal 3 and good. Don't expect we will be back to this establishment again.

Shrimp batter was not fully cooked. Salad was lettuce and dressing only (3 croutons), I expected better for the price of the meal. Restaurant was so cold I had to keep my coat on. Silverware did not look clean. Bake potatoe was small. Definitely overpriced for the plain food. The atmosphere was fun and 15% off for military was good.

Food was great and service. The bad was they had us during at these little round tables in a big like banquet area. It was cold and we were there for Valentine's date so no ambiance like we are use to in the main areas. Will not go there again unless just regular day.

Amazing food! You can get a 16oz fillet minion for 25 bucks. One of the best steaks I have eaten ever, and the atmosphere is very cool. The restaurant is set up like a mine and it's awesome. Would highly recommend. A little pricey for a family spot but great for a date night.

We thought we would try the Timbermine "fine dining" for our anniversary dinner - we were not impressed. My husband ordered the fried shrimp and that was good. I ordered the bacon wrapped 8oz steak - medium well. When I order medium well I expect it to be cooked with a pink center. That was not the case. My steak came out of the kitchen still moo'ing. It was definitely NOT cooked and I wanted to throw up. I asked for butter and sour cream for my potato and she says they are out of butter... what?? She then manages to find sticks of better which was fine. I waited 10-15 minutes for the bar lady to come over and take my drink order. The wine was fine. Overall, the atmosphere is cool and the food sucks. We won't be back.

I always enjoy eating here. The food is great and I love the way the restaurant is laid out with a western theme. Also they can accommodate banquets as well!

This place was so cool. As the name suggests the decor recreated a mine with the mine cars and other memorabilia. I had the 16oz bacon wrapped filet mignon with house salad and baked potato. My steak was a perfectly cooked medium rare as I wanted. I wanted it down with a blueberry heifi. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. I was too stuffed to try the mocha chocolate fudge I've cream cake! Next time!

Best 32 oz. Porterhouse around. It’s massive, it’s juicy, and it’s perfect. If you can’t handle that much meat don’t order it, because a steak of this caliber doesn’t deserve being nuked back to life in a microwave.

It is a good olace you could get a good meal at reasonable prices and they have vareity of drinks and sweet dishes

It is always great.we have been going there since we got married in 1987 usually 2 times a year.anniversary and wife's birthday.personal are always the best.

Never had a better steak in my life! So delicious 10/10! And they made me one of the best Old Fashioned I've had in Utah.
